Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining chemical program quality at customer sites within the program’s control limits
Proper chemical dosage of all program constituents
Proper mechanical operation of all chemical dosing systems
Proper calibration and operation of all automated chemical parameter control systems
Proper mechanical operation of all water conditioning equipment
Maintain sufficient client inventory through order placement and re-order notification
Timely completion of the Monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-Annual client site program audit, comprising of recording and responding to variances in water or fluid samples test results obtained via portable lab, recording inventory and initiating reorders where necessary, directly or through customers’ order process
Perform on-site troubleshooting resulting from non-conformances in results
Identify and implement solutions to help our clients’ chemical programs operate at the lowest possible life cycle cost and proactively maintain them there
Maintain a customer service attitude as required to maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction

Required

Post Secondary Education in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial applications or relevant industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners within the organization
Effective organizational skills and attention to details
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Driver's license

Preferred

Experience working in customer service and/or sales preferred
Exposure to working in industrial environments is preferred
