Axial1 Performance Science is a full-service performance marketing firm that utilizes advanced analytics powered by AI/ML. They are seeking a Sr. Specialist in Paid Search to own campaign execution across various digital platforms and support the multichannel strategy, ensuring optimal performance and effective reporting.

Responsibilities
Support Paid Search strategy and execution across Google and Microsoft ad platforms
Assist multi-channel digital media buying and planning through all steps of the planning process, from briefing to campaign creation
Own day to day campaign budget pacing and performance across media portfolio – including bidding, copy and performance optimization recommendations
Assist with all aspects of campaign creation and management including forecasting, KPI setting, creative briefing, trafficking, and managing delivery timelines
Deliver weekly reporting, contribute to reporting insights and tactical recommendations
Conduct ad hoc data analysis to drive optimization and testing recommendations
Maintain test planning processes, and campaign change tracking
Work with analytics team to deliver holistic insights and campaign learnings
Ability to work in an fast paced environment; very strong organizational and communication skills are a must
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience working in Paid Search marketing
Experience executing campaigns in Paid Search ad platforms with focus on Google Ads products (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Discovery, GDN)
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Professional client communication, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Curious, passionate about learning and data driven in their decision making
MUST love and be curious about data analytics
Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
Knowledgeable about ad tech: ad serving, audience management tools, ad tagging
Enthusiasm for the future of brand and performance advertising
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
