Responsibilities

Process payroll for multiple entities across the US & Canada
Ensure tax compliance (federal, state, local) like a pro
Partner with OSV/ADP for accurate tax reporting
Solve problems, reconcile data, and keep things running smoothly
Deliver top-notch customer service internally & externally

Required

4+ years Workday Payroll & Payroll Tax experience (not just HCM!)
6+ years progressive payroll experience
Multi-state/local tax expertise
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)
Experience with OSV or ADP SmartCompliance
Detail-oriented, independent, and ready to adapt
