Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager
Cross Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to support their Personal Lines Servicing Unit. The role involves generating accurate endorsements, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining client activity in the agency automation system to ensure high levels of service and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with the team to meet time sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager
Maintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open Suspense items up to date
Timely response for client related activity
Complete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements and follow up for verification of completion
Complete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes
Remain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in further education when requested
Back up reception desk for as needed
Assume other job responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Agency Personal Lines experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Property and Casualty license
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Ability to work well with others
Preferred
AMS360 management system experience
Working knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners that Advocate Brokerage Corp. represents
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet
