Demand Generation & ABX Manager

Responsibilities

Define ICP tiers, target lists, and coverage goals
Design tiered plays and offer mechanics (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) aligned to buying committees
Set 6sense segments, in-market thresholds, and alerts to focus timing and outreach
Own the program mix for ENT accounts: ABX field events, partner co-marketing/joint field programs, and executive sessions
Build event plans end-to-end: goals, budgets, LPs, invites, onsite, lead capture, post-show follow-up
Build executive experiences and multi-threaded outreach with AEs/SDRs
Coordinate pre/during/post communications with the Events team to drive meetings and SQLs
Turn intent into MQLs → meetings → SQLs with fast SDR follow-up
Build persona- and stage-based nurtures; optimize sequencing and cadences
Align on SLAs, lead routing, and handoffs with the SDR Manager
Plan and optimize LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting for target accounts/ABM
Identify ways to scale and improve effectiveness using AI
Align messaging, offers, and LPs with product and sales plays
Run A/B tests across ads, LPs, and email
Ship dashboards for SALs, SQLs, pipeline, tier progression, and event ROI
Govern UTMs, attribution, and budgets; recommend spend by channel and tier
Publish insights and next steps after every program
Maintain clean data in HubSpot and Salesforce; document workflows
Create briefs, templates, and playbooks for repeatable execution
Train SDRs on plays, offers, and follow-up talk tracks
Leverage AI to scale demand generation execution
Partner with SDR Team Lead on Agentic Inbound initiative

Required

Hands-on, AI-forward marketer
Experience in building and running upmarket programs
Ability to create qualified Enterprise pipeline
Ownership of ABX strategy and execution
Experience partnering with growth marketing teams
Ability to orchestrate high-impact motions across digital channels, direct mail, ABX field events, partner co-marketing/joint programs, and executive experiences
Experience briefing creative and content teams
Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver assets
Proven ability to report ROI with clear metrics
Comfortable leveraging AI to scale demand generation efforts
Experience defining ICP tiers, target lists, and coverage goals
