Clearly explain warranty coverage, pricing, and benefits
Assist customers in selecting the best protection plan for their vehicle
Maintain accurate customer records and follow call center protocols
Meet performance goals including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Motivated and customer-focused
Ability to answer inbound calls from customers regarding extended auto warranty options
Ability to clearly explain warranty coverage, pricing, and benefits
Ability to assist customers in selecting the best protection plan for their vehicle
Ability to maintain accurate customer records and follow call center protocols
Ability to meet performance goals including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
Preferred
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Previous experience in call centers or auto warranty sales is a plus, but not required
