Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze bugs reported by developers, categorize issues, and coordinate resolutions through technical fixes, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables
Deliver bug fix and merge changes to the client's open source software development kits (SDKs) in Github to meet quality standards and project requirements
Develop, update, design and implement enhancements for client’s open source SDK
Document technical documentation for the enhancements and bug fixes
Prepare and distribute comprehensive technical documentation for enhancements and fixes, and conduct peer reviews to maintain quality standards and compliance
Monitor team performance on deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality outputs align with project standards
Deliver status reports to stakeholders, flag potential risks impacting delivery timelines, and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution of project activities
Create and present detailed insights and trend reports to stakeholders, to guide decision-making and improve overall project outcomes
Collaborate with client product engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on SDK enhancements and project modifications
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry
Must have 3 years of experience in designing and coding Android applications utilizing Java, Kotlin, JavaScript or TypeScript languages
Must have 3 years of experience in developing and supporting applications using Android Studio, Android SDK, and Android tools
Must have 3 years of experience utilizing GitHub, Jenkins, Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Google Play Core Libraries or Ext JS
Must have 3 years of experience analyzing and troubleshooting multiplatform issues including Android, IOS, Web or Unity
Must have 3 years of experience suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues of applications
Must have 3 years of experience collaborating with cross-geographical and cross-functional teams to meet delivery expectations and goals
Must have 2 years of experience conducting delivery using Agile delivery methodology
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs
