Customer Support Associate
Veryable is a company focused on accelerating next generation capabilities in manufacturing and logistics. They are seeking an industrious team player for an entry-level Customer Support Associate position, responsible for supporting business users and Operators with their initial interactions with the technology platform.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for operational support to optimize user experience
Respond to all inbound inquiries and proactively support marketplace efficiency
Support Veryable Operators and effectively communicate instructions
Educate business users and Operators on best practices
Maintain Help Center and strategize content creation
Work with Support team to integrate/implement new platforms
Engage with AI platforms to optimize user experience
Offer cross team support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred
BA or BS degree preferred - recent graduates encouraged to apply
Experience in Zendesk is a plus
