Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Analyze existing workflows and recommend optimization strategies
Identify gaps and propose solutions aligned with organizational goals
Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment
Prepare BRDs, FRDs
Develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking
Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management
Support QA teams in test case development and UAT execution
Qualification
Required
