Responsibilities

Reviews the computation of employee pay, manage deductions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and associated deductions for accuracy
Attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and tax forms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the city, state, provincial, local and federal legislation affecting payroll
Collaboration with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate payroll records. Respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting
Process W4 & direct deposit changes as well as garnishments and other payroll-related processes
Assist managers and employees with questions related to payroll and timecards
Strong adherence to confidentiality

Required

Attention to detail
Strong computer literacy
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and tax forms
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the city, state, provincial, local and federal legislation affecting payroll
Collaboration with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate payroll records
Respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting

Assist managers and employees with questions related to payroll and timecards
Strong adherence to confidentiality
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
2-4 years of Payroll Administrative experience

Preferred

Experience with ADP payroll systems preferred or similar payroll system
Microsoft Word Processing software
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel software
Excellent customer service
