Analyst, Revenue Management
Carnival Corporation is a leading cruise company, and they are seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to evaluate sailing performance and revenue metrics. The role involves determining pricing strategies and optimizing inventory to maximize ticket revenue growth and occupancy rates.

Responsibilities
Determines pricing and inventory for assigned CCL product portfolio to drive net ticket revenue
Formulates and implements optimal pricing and inventory practices and principles by utilizing a combination of analytics, experience, and best practices
Analyzes the impact on booking demand due to changes in the competitive landscape (i.e., ship deployment, pricing, and strategy)
Conducts internal and external competitor price analysis for awareness of current pricing and market trends
Establishes tactical methodologies to optimize revenue and total occupancy at the market level and various booking channels (e.g., groups, opaque, etc.)
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Sailing Support, and Reservations to ensure optimal pricing and inventory controls are adhered to
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required - Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management or similar analytical role required
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of revenue management mathematical and statistical concepts, theories, principles and practices to collect and analyze data and construct solutions to business problems
Solid understanding and familiarity with various operational assets including the pricing system, inventory management capabilities, and reports detailing sailing performance
Keen understanding of how to utilize operational assets to formulate long-term objectives and make tactical decisions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time & project management skills
Sound decision-making, assessment, interpersonal, critical thinking, and resourcefulness skills
Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities with high level of quality
Ability and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
A self-starter who is able and willing to take action with minimal guidance
