Responsibilities

Draft correspondence and legal documents related to estate and trust administration
Prepare inventories, accountings, probate filings, and tax returns
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, insurance companies, and court officials
Review tax strategies and assist with compliance
Maintain accurate records and stay current on administrative changes
Handle estates from start to finish independently, collaborating with team members as needed

Required

3–5 years of estate administration experience
NC Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
