Responsibilities

Design UX, UI, and data viz for Oura enterprise web and mobile app features and evolve our design system across platforms (web, mobile, tablet, printable reports, etc)

Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to create and iterate on features and continually improve the Oura experience across all touchpoints

Create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect visual designs to deliver actionable insights to organizations and improve user outcomes

Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s product design team to maintain UX excellence and brand consistency across channels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve the work and fit it into a holistic multi-platform experience

Captivate the interest of the company and drive alignment around the design vision through clear and compelling communication about the work

Qualification

Required

5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, ideally within rapidly scaling or mass-market enterprise applications

A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX design and strong data visualization work across web and mobile

Mastery of Figma and other relevant design tools

Excellent prototyping skills to communicate and test interaction models

Experience leveraging user research and analytics data to drive design decisions

A proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience working with international groups and distributed teams

Comprehensive knowledge of web and mobile design patterns (and when to break them)

Experience building or contributing to design systems, ensuring consistent, accessible, and cohesive user experiences across touch points

Strong skills in translating complex health or technical data into clear, intuitive insights and visualizations
