Responsibilities
Project meetings, facilitation of program meetings, status reporting, problem solving, escalating risks/issues/decisions to leadership, executive report outs, Smartsheets and Planview oversight (Project Plan and RAID documentation)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience successfully leading large, complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare
5+ years of Project/Program Management
Experience in managing regulatory/compliance projects within healthcare
Experience Project Managing large complex projects
Executive Reporting / Executive Presence
Bachelor's degree
Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time in compliance-driven environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor other PMs under an enterprise program structure
Demonstrates executive presence
Excels in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement
Proficient with Smartsheets, Planview, and other enterprise project management tools
Preferred
MBA
Interoperability experience
History of successfully managing large and complex regulatory/compliance driven projects within healthcare
Experience with IT and business implementations
Smartsheets experience
Planview experience
