Responsibilities
Assist with processing various compliance documents to state and federal agencies
Assist with gathering data from Engineers, Field Foreman, or other departments for submissions to agencies, contractors, or other company staff
Assist with daily entry of data into production database
Develop an understanding of compliance test procedures and interpret their results
Assist with implementing, maintaining and updating a standard digital file structure for the department
Work closely with the Environmental and Regulatory team to identify project priorities
Assist with cross-departmental projects as needed
Assist with clerical functions as needed by the department
Maintain Meeting set-up and materials
Qualification
Required
Associates degree preferred
Oil and gas experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Self-starter who can proactively manage the job functions and proactively communicate with management
Practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving; hands on worker
Well organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to work 5 days a week in the office
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
