Responsibilities
Lead monthly and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts; reconcile bank accounts
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit card/expense report audits
Manage weekly payroll processing, review wages, deductions, and benefit changes
Coordinate employee benefits updates, open enrollment tasks, and payroll liability reconciliations
Prepare sales tax filings and support fixed asset and prepaid schedules
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting support, and audit preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong Excel skills
Strong accuracy, organization, and ability to manage tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor) and benefits administration preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Navision (NAV) or similar ERP
CPA or CMA a plus
