Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle of innovative programs aimed at improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of Amazon’s next-generation warehouses
Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain, Deployment, Support, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Design, Analytics, Customer Support, and Program teams
Drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Preferred
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
Experience working in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
