Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales Agency partners within the Grocery and Convenience channel’s business with Net Sales valued at $550M with a long-term vision of $800M in 3 years
Lead multiple broker organizations for the Convenience channel and Regional all other Grocery that deliver and execute against Ferrero’s Vision, strategy as well as deliver the Core KPI initiatives
Work with the various channel VPs to align and drive Sales KPI’s that are focused on Distribution, Shelf positioning, Quality merchandising as well as pricing recommendations
Co – Develop with the channel VP’s as well as the VP of retail on a 3-year strategic plan that closes share within the Convenience channel valued at $150M. In addition, close fair share gap in Independent Grocery = $100M
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with the Brokered and Ferrero Sales Organization to drive accountability of the Sales KPI’s
Work with the internal teams (Marketing / Trade Marketing / Category Management ) as well the channel teams on developing sales tools that deliver Net Sales growth, distribution, display and shelving best practices. Sales Tools include development of selling brochures, one page sell sheets, development of Independent retailer contracts, scorecard creation and KPI development
Lead the transition plan of broker agencies by engaging and educating on the Ferrero strategy vision and KPI’s
Lead Top to Top meetings with senior level executives from 5 Broker agencies to ensure they deliver the sales KPI’s and annual financial goals
Manage over $50M in selling expenses to ensure Ferrero achieves expected ROI performance
Lead the development of sales KPI scorecards for Regional Grocery, Convenience and Walmart retail
Position will be responsible for leading 1 sales analysts
Develop the long-term direct strategy with SBD on a direct retail model to include Ferrero, and other Ferrero affiliates over the PS3 for Walmart

Required

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales, with a strong track record in cross-functional leadership
Proven success in multi-channel sales environments, including retail, convenience, and emerging channels
Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on best-in-class sales execution and strategic growth
Bachelor's degree required
Visionary sales leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate and drive short- and long-term sales strategies
Strong executive presence and ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Deep commercial expertise with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions
Inspirational leadership style that fosters team collaboration, promotes diversity and inclusion, and develops high-performing talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build consensus and cultivate strong internal and external relationships
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, capable of challenging the status quo and delivering breakthrough solutions
Skilled in contract negotiation, customer engagement, and driving win-win outcomes
Adept at cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key departments
Strong project management and organizational agility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt quickly to changing business conditions

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
