Prepare and file immigration petitions under tight deadlines
Find creative solutions to problems
Impress clients with your communication and level of service
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of experience with O-1s and PERMs
Experience with H-1Bs, E-1/E-2s, L-1s, and EB-1As
Ability to prepare and file detailed, high-quality petitions
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to manage client communications
Willingness to work 4 days in-person at the firm's lower Manhattan office
