Responsibilities
Can independently achieve seasonal calendar actualization
Purchase order management – Issue po’s, update po’s, track po’s, ensure accuracy
Manage time and action calendars meeting necessary deadlines to deliver product on time by required delivery
Coordinate and implement strategies with cross functional partners to ensure final fit and color approvals meet target deadlines
Negotiate with vendors to achieve required time and action calendars
Review and monitor all sample order processes and standard operating procedures
Completes tasks by needed deadlines; communicates issues proactively
Keeps PLM system up to date with accurate information
Exhibits a growth mindset with regard to feedback
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in an apparel production role
Management and communication skills to work effectively with vendors & internal cross functional teams
Foresight and problem solving skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business
Organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and reports and complete them within deadlines
Ability to think analytically and plan strategically to the needs of the business
