Business Development Associate
Barnum Financial Group is a growth-oriented financial services team seeking a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills to assist clients in understanding their financial options and schedule appointments with Advisors while managing client information in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Outbound calls to warm prospects to discuss their benefit options
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism
Gather facts from prospective clients to better assist and direct
Schedule appointments with the appropriate Advisor on the team
Use scripts to deliver information regarding the client’s benefits and the services our company can provide
Manage internal Salesforce platform and systems so client information is up to date and accurate
Growth opportunity for increased client engagement with proper licensing, skill development and training provided
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
1+ years industry experience
Bachelor's Degree
Salesforce CRM experience
