Required

Data & Analytics Background — You've worked with data platforms, analytics tools, or have a foundation in data science, engineering, or mathematics

Full-Stack Technical Strength — Python, React, ETL/data pipelines… you're comfortable across the stack

Strategic Product Thinker — You understand why you're building something, not just how

Leadership Mindset — You can lead timelines, priorities, and communication, even without a formal management title

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

5–7 years of full-time software engineering experience

Expert-level Python skills

Demonstrated growth in technical ownership, architecture, or system design

Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers

Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, React

Strong back-end experience: Python or Node.js

Experience building and deploying REST or GraphQL APIs

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Strong familiarity with Git/GitHub

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Experience in energy or carbon systems analytics

UI/UX or data visualization experience (e.g., dashboards)

Background in AI/ML projects

Experience launching products from 0→1 in a startup or venture environment
