Responsibilities
Forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
Successfully executing projects following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures to reach the best solution
Coordinating with consultants, team members and the client
Developing strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
Providing mentorship and guidance to the project team
Collaborating on project fee development and project proposals
Championing quality at every step of the process
Occasional travel within the US
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 15 years of experience
Ability to manage designs for highly integrated datacenter facilities
Effective communication skills across a variety of technical and managerial professionals
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary design team
Ability to forecast and organize project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
Experience executing projects following protocols and procedures
Ability to coordinate with consultants, team members, and clients
Ability to develop strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
Understanding of budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to the project team
Experience collaborating on project fee development and project proposals
Commitment to championing quality at every step of the process
Willingness to travel occasionally within the US
