Responsibilities
Serve as a front-facing operational leader and trusted extension of executive leadership
Lead and support partnership extensions, renewals, and key client relationships
Represent operations in high-level conversations with hotel partners, ownership groups, and stakeholders
Drive operational strategy and alignment across regions and on-site teams
Identify enterprise-level opportunities, risks, and operational gaps
Support and lead change management efforts and large-scale operational initiatives
Travel to partner locations to assess operations, team performance, and client satisfaction
Attend sales pitch meetings and present operational strategy and capabilities
Support oversight of new partner and property openings, including staffing, budgets, and operational readiness
Oversee operational performance to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered on time and on budget
Manage production agendas and operational budgets as needed
Collaborate with senior leadership to meet company-wide objectives
Lead, mentor, and support a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of professionals
Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and provide guidance and feedback
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and field teams
Partner with Human Resources to address employee concerns and support team development
Maintain awareness of hospitality, audiovisual, and operational industry trends
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required
5+ years of significant industry experience with senior leadership or management responsibility
Exceptional hospitality and client service experience required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree preferred
