Start in 2026 WinterRichemont is seeking a Group Talent Acquisition Intern to support their Group TA Director in enhancing the understanding of tools, systems, and methodologies within the TA community. The intern will assist in optimizing recruiting activities and contribute to various initiatives aimed at ensuring a successful hiring experience.

Responsibilities
You will coordinate initiatives and projects that ensure we co-drive the TA transformation into the future together
You will be part of our global TA community, collecting any TA-related needs, ensuring we keep supporting our collaborative way of working
You will coordinate and support on TA trainings and guidelines’ creation for the TA community that will lead to best-in-class hiring experience
You will be supporting analytics and reporting initiatives linked to our data accuracy efforts, spreading from diversity hiring, University engagement and will assist in data analysis to track our successes
You will collaborate with Employer Branding and University team on various projects, ensuring we create appropriate materials and update our toolkits for all our HR population
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar
At ease with technology, and enjoy working with data
Have a business mindset, always thinking of opportunities to improve the status quo
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload
High attention to detail
Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
Available to start a 6-months internship in January 2026
Preferred
Another language is a plus
