They are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support their dynamic in-house litigation team, focusing on managing high-volume case activity and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and external counsel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to assist in document preservation, collection, review, and production for litigation matters

Assist in subpoena responses, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant materials

Prepare summaries, reports, and case updates for internal legal leadership regarding case status and developments; maintain internal litigation resources and shared platforms

Support other initiatives as necessary

Maintain and oversee a litigation case tracker, with a focus on a large volume of personal injury matters

Monitor and coordinate third party class action settlement recoveries, including collecting documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with outside counsel

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal, legal coordinator, or litigation support role

Bachelor's degree required

Strong understanding of litigation processes, particularly personal injury and class action matters

Proficiency in legal case management tools (e.g., iManage) and document review platforms (e.g., Relativity)

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Paralegal certification preferred

Experience working in an in-house legal department or with media, entertainment or production clients is a plus
