Leads manufacturing process improvements by evaluating current methods and implementing more efficient workflows, layouts, and equipment usage

Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to define product specifications, purchase materials, and ensure production aligns with quality standards

Supports production planning by estimating labor, costs, and equipment needs, and applying statistical methods to forecast future requirements

Designs and documents tooling and fixtures, prepares detailed job documentation, and oversees machine installation and testing

Conducts training programs on equipment safety and operation for both employees and customers, including time and motion study techniques

Partners with maintenance and engineering to ensure machinery is properly maintained and supports the intended functionality of product designs
