Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee Internship that provides university/college students with real-world professional experience. The internship focuses on building valuable business and leadership skills in a team-based environment, where interns will learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers

Required

Graduating in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
Enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university
Able to start and attend orientation class on 5/11/2026 and make a 10-12 week commitment
3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
At least 18 years of age

Preferred

Leadership experience in organizations/clubs
Volunteer work/community service
Military experience
Experience as a student athlete
