Responsibilities
Build the orchestration layer that enables multi-agent communication, memory, and decision-making for ad operations
Design and scale APIs powering campaigns, analytics, and agent workflows (Python / FastAPI / Go)
Architect real-time data systems tracking campaign performance, budget optimization, and user behavior
Develop debugging, testing, and tracing tools for agent reliability and autonomy
Contribute to React/Next.js UIs for campaign monitoring and operator collaboration
Integrate across ad APIs (Google, Meta, TikTok) and optimize agent workflows to deliver measurable ROI
Lead design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor junior engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems design
Deep proficiency in backend engineering (Python, FastAPI, or Go)
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, data models, and service orchestration
Ability to design from first principles — not just build features but shape frameworks
Experience with scalable infra (microservices, event-driven, or serverless systems)
A 'builder' mindset — fast, detail-oriented, and allergic to over-engineering
Startup DNA: you debug, iterate, and ship with speed and ownership
Preferred
Experience building or integrating AdTech / MarTech / data-heavy SaaS systems
Experience with LLM or multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
Knowledge of real-time analytics, budget optimization, or ML ops
Prior work in early-stage startups or as founding engineer
Strong sense of product taste and ability to translate technical depth into business impact
