2026 National Urban League Summer Internship Program
The National Urban League is offering a Summer Internship Program designed for undergraduate students interested in non-profit management. Interns will gain meaningful exposure to the field while working in a hybrid format at the organization's headquarters.

Gain practical experience in leadership, communication, project management, and nonprofit operations
Get a firsthand look at what goes into organizing a major national conference and take on key assignments that will have a real impact
Collaborate with your intern class on a topic given to you by our President & CEO, Marc Morial, that will be presented to executive leadership
Build lasting connections with industry professionals and key leaders within the National Urban League
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students
Strong academic record (minimum 2.8 GPA)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and interested in the mission of the National Urban League
Actively engaged in extracurricular activities and community service
