Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales with VA, DoD, and other federal customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Respond to RFQs/RFIs and opportunities from platforms such as ECAT, GSA, DLA, VA portals, and other government systems
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in coordination with contracts and pricing
Monitor solicitations, BPA/IDIQ opportunities, and buying trends within assigned accounts
Maintain an organized opportunity pipeline and customer notes in CRM
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer experience
Develop a working knowledge of JANZ product lines (medical equipment, DME, rehab, monitoring, etc.) and how they align with VA/DoD needs
Track sales performance against targets and report progress regularly
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of sales, inside sales, account management, or customer service experience (B2B or government preferred)
Familiarity with federal procurement (VA, DoD, SAM.gov, ECAT, GSA, DLA, MSPV, etc.) is a strong plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused style
Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and basic Excel-based quotes
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Ability to Commute: Columbus, OH 43213
Preferred
Experience working with VA Medical Centers, DoD hospitals, or federal healthcare facilities
Background in medical devices, DME, rehab, monitoring, or related healthcare products
Prior experience working for or with an SDVOSB or government contractor
