Qualification
Required
4th-5th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience
Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Organizational, verbal, interpersonal and project management skills
Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents
Ability to meet the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients
Good business and strategic judgment
Ability to play a lead role as an extension of the client business teams
Experience working in a team-orientated and dynamic environment
Excellent academic credentials
Prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors
