Consumer Insights Technology Specialist

The Market Research Analyst, Senior will support the Market Research department in understanding the Owner's perspective and will be responsible for executing research efforts and presenting findings to the organization.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing research efforts (surveys, interviews, roundtables, etc.) to support internal department initiatives. To include meetings with stakeholders to outline objectives, development of methodology, execution, analysis, and presentation of results
Providing support of ongoing, existing market research studies. To include updates to questions, when applicable, and ongoing reporting/presentations
Market Research liaison for other departments - represents the Owner perspective to all internal departments
Coordinating and planning logistics of market research functions, including Owner initiatives (typically two large projects per year and other ad hoc projects) and all internal projects
Guide contractors and junior level people on the team, and be available to lead when management is not available
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Marketing or Technical Discipline
4-6 years of experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research position or technical role within research
Knowledge of market research principles and methodologies
Passionate advocate for the customer/Owner and the desire to bring their point of view into every conversation
Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts
Demonstrated ability to research information and provide clear and concise reports for leaders
Ability to interpret and analyze data and effectively communicate the story that the data tells to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and networking skills - to all levels of the organization
Ability to use related computer programs with strong PC skills; advanced proficient in Teams, MS Office, Excel and Power Point
Familiarity with market research software tools
Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility with internal stakeholders
Ability to lead when needed
