CYBER FORCE OPERATIONS ANALYST

Responsibilities
Serves as the Cyber Force Operations Analyst and Force Application Requirements Representative, Functional Capabilities Board for the Joint Staff DJ-8
Responsible for directing and coordinating the development and maintenance of the cyber portfolio of the Force Application (FA) FCB and for producing timely analyses related to issues in these functional areas
Oversees the identification and development of solutions to complex problems related to cyber and IO requirements
Plans, coordinates, conducts, and evaluates efforts pertaining to FA Cyber Capability/IO Gap Assessments, resourcing issues and cyber/1O requirements synchronization
Evaluates, validates, and monitor Joint Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) capability solutions, and recommend on non-material solutions on acquisition programs and initiatives

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Coordinating the development and maintenance of cyber portfolio for Force Application (FA)
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Developing analytic plans and decision methodologies for completing effectiveness assessments of FA Cyber/IO requirement efforts
