Senior Human Resources Business Partner
DigiKey is one of the fastest-growing distributors of electronic components worldwide, and they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving organizational change and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Align people strategy with business objectives as a strategic HR partner
Lead change management initiatives and communication plans
Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations
Partner on talent development programs and oversee performance management processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage risk effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10–14 years of HR or related experience, including HRBP experience
Proven ability to provide strategic HR solutions to senior leaders
Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and SharePoint
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based sponsorship
Preferred
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
