Salesforce Administrator -
Dal-Tile is the largest manufacturer and marketer of ceramic, porcelain, glass and metal tile as well as natural stone products. The Salesforce Administrator will support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of CRM systems to empower sales teams and drive business growth, collaborating closely with Sales leadership, IT teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce automations (Flows, complex validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
Lead mandatory platform upgrades
Lead system upgrades and Salesforce release testing
Responsible for CRM administrative functions including, but not limited to customer support, user management, data management, flows, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making
Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team
Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts
Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
Experience in Sales & Service Cloud required
Strong Data Management Skills (Data Loader, SOQL, queries, data modeling)
Strong knowledge in Lightning Experience, Flows and Advanced Automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards
Highly analytical
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce
The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Preferred
Experience in Experience Cloud or Commerce Cloud preferred
