Responsibilities

Define clear, differentiated employer-facing narratives and value props tailored to enterprise benefits and people-team stakeholders
Deliver high-impact collateral (decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, ROI stories, battlecards) that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates
Lead GTM for all employer-facing features and updates, aligning with product, sales, enterprise, and benefits-season buying cycles
Maintain insights on the employer benefits landscape to guide product priorities and strengthen differentiation
Translate employer and benefits-leader insights into product decisions and partner tightly with Enterprise, Sales, Ops, Product, and the broader organization
Support employer-tier pricing and healthcare packaging strategy
Contribute to insights work with HR/benefits leaders and employer buyers
Provide employer-focused messaging and POV frameworks for integrated marketing programs that support employer awareness and pipeline creation
Partner with sale and post-sale teams to support launch toolkits, employer communication frameworks, and ongoing engagement messaging
Partner with product and GTM teams to test and iterate on messaging, offer packaging, and product experiences that improve lead conversion, member activation, and utilization. Prioritize experiments that unlock new acquisition or conversion inflection points

Required

5+ years in Product Marketing with strong B2B experience (healthcare, wellness strongly preferred)
Proven ability to build positioning, messaging, and sales enablement from 0→1
Experience tailoring messaging for key decision-makers and influencers within employer organizations
Comfortable operating within long, complex enterprise buying cycles tied to benefits planning and open enrollment
Strong storyteller able to articulate ROI, population health impact, productivity gains, and employee activation value
Effective cross-functional partner who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment
