Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of software development projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules to track progress and dependencies
Partner with the product lead for status updates, sprint planning and demos, as well as strategize with L&D and Marketing teams for go-to-market
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned through effective communication and regular project status updates
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments
Partner with product owners to refine backlogs and ensure requirements are well-documented and testable
In conjunction with product owner, track project KPIs (velocity, burndown, release frequency, etc.) and provide metric-driven insights to leadership
Champion continuous improvement by evaluating process effectiveness and suggesting refinements
Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners as needed
Support change management and adoption efforts for new systems and platforms
Other duties as assigned

Required

Experience in project management, specifically in software development projects
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Strong communication skills to effectively align stakeholders
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules
Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies in projects
Ability to partner with product owners to refine backlogs and ensure requirements are well-documented
Experience in tracking project KPIs and providing metric-driven insights
Ability to manage third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners
Experience in supporting change management and adoption efforts for new systems and platforms
