Responsibilities
Provide a realistic, professional, and meaningful experience during the Summer Associate Program
Experience challenging days filled with client work, mentorship, and relationship-building opportunities
Participate in training programs, professional development exercises, and events and activities
Observe and assist in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations when possible
Participate in client meetings and closings
Qualification
Required
Law students who expect to complete the equivalent of four semesters of law school prior to the start of the 2027 Summer Program
Enrolled full-time in an American Bar Association-accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 at the time of application
Can participate in and complete Fenwick's 2027 Summer Program
Cover letter confirming interest in Regulatory Practice Group and Washington, D.C. office location
