They are seeking a Workforce AI Enablement Lead to develop and deliver an AI Literacy and Support program that helps employees effectively use AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of our enterprise workforce technology AI Literacy and Support program
Help employees understand, adopt, and responsibly apply AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, MoveWorks, and Verisk’s internal AI Sandbox
Drive measurable productivity and workflow automation gains
Serve as a connector between people, platforms, and policy
Provide enablement, support, and governance that ensure AI is used safely, effectively, and at scale across Verisk

Required

Experience in developing and delivering training programs focused on AI tools and technologies
Strong understanding of generative AI and its applications in the workplace

Proven ability to drive measurable productivity and workflow automation gains
