Responsibilities
Excellent communication and ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases
Creating client presentations with quality graphic communication
Deliver high quality work through an iterative process
Have a high level of emotional intelligence and be willing to give and receive feedback as a path to growth
Be open to learning and exploring project types, responsibilities, software programs
Qualification
Required
10-13 years of experience in architecture
Demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit as the main tool
Familiarity with permitting processes in the Pacific Northwest
High proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Bluebeam
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases
Ability to create client presentations with quality graphic communication
Deliver high quality work through an iterative process
High level of emotional intelligence and willingness to give and receive feedback
Open to learning and exploring project types, responsibilities, and software programs
Preferred
Experience with Sketchup
Experience with Enscape rendering within Revit
Experience with Smartsheet and Miro
Any licensures, certificates, or other forms of accreditation
Skills or experience related to sustainability
Skills or experience related to community engagement
Proficiency in a non-English language
Identify associations with community or affinity groups
