This role supports leadership in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while managing day-to-day HR operations, including workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, employee relations, and integration of acquired companies.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies
Partner with acquired companies to integrate employees, policies, and culture during mergers and acquisitions
Manage onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, compliance training, and I-9 verification
Resolve employee relations issues, coach managers on performance management, and ensure policy adherence
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist with audits and maintain accurate records
Develop and deliver training programs for skill development, leadership, and compliance
Use HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions for engagement and retention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience in multi-site or fast-growing environments
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to handle confidential matters professionally
Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and M&A integration
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on-site as needed
