Responsibilities
Assist clients in identifying insurance and financial solutions aligned with their needs and goals
Educate clients on life insurance, mortgage protection, and basic financial strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow up
Provide high quality customer service before, during, and after policy placement
Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Qualification
Required
Understanding of insurance brokerage concepts or willingness to learn
Interest in finance, protection planning, and long term client relationships
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Customer service mindset with a desire to help others
Ability to work remotely with discipline and accountability
Preferred
Insurance licensing preferred or willingness to obtain required licenses
Previous experience in sales, customer service, finance, or insurance is helpful but not required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
