Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors
Oversee project accounting activities including bid tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring
Utilize AutoCAD for drafting, design support, or quality control as needed
Develop and manage project timelines, delegating or self-performing tasks based on workload
Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate across teams and provide support to other departments as workload demands
Manage internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as opportunities arise
Provide ongoing education and guidance to team members regarding client standards, project scope, and procedural updates
Perform other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities and expectations may evolve based on business needs

Required

EIT certification in Civil Engineering
2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably with New Site Build (NSB) projects
2+ years of direct AutoCAD experience, including construction drawing preparation
Proficiency in using AutoCAD daily for design, review, or drafting tasks
Strong multitasking ability and quick learner of new information and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and retaining knowledge
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

Preferred

Higher education, certifications, or additional relevant training
Previous experience with Right of Way (ROW) projects
