Responsibilities

Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Typical projects will include water/wastewater treatment plants, water booster stations, and sanitary pump stations

Support business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience demonstrating a can-do attitude

Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects

Actively lead and participate in project delivery to maintain high quality delivery and client satisfaction

Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and proactively manage risk

Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team fostering a collaborative environment
