Customer Success Manager
XpertDox is a fast-paced startup leveraging AI to automate medical coding, valuing integrity and transparency with clients. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to address client needs.
Responsibilities
Attend all client meetings and take diligent, actionable notes
Understand client problems, create tickets, and assign them to internal teams
Gauge client sentiment and surface key insights to leadership
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure critical tasks are completed on time and relay updates back to clients
Oversee client onboarding, renewals, and overall satisfaction
Lead QBRs and advocate for client needs with Product and Operations
Develop repeatable processes and KPIs that elevate client success outcomes
Qualification
Required
Prior Client Success experience at an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) company
Meticulous, organized, and excellent at note-taking
Strong relationship builder who can de-escalate conflicts and act as a buffer between clients and internal teams
Preferred
Experience at a tech-enabled or autonomous medical company strongly preferred
Coding knowledge is a plus (preferred, not required)
