Responsibilities
Efficiently evaluate, repair, and refurbish core tools across product lines, meeting established throughput targets
Support the integration and service of newly introduced tools
Ensure high-quality repairs and refurbishments of tools, minimizing defects and rework
Uphold quality standards across the repair floor and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Perform accurate data entry into a computer system with minimal errors while ensuring documentation is complete and correct
Perform all tasks in accordance with established safety protocols and ITW health and safety standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least two years of relevant experience in roles requiring troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Experience a variety of hand tools and measuring equipment
Ability to perform and manage workloads independently
Must be able lift and/or move up to 18 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
Preferred
Detailed knowledge of all tools in the multiple lines serviced by the facility is a plus
