Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-regional projects to bring innovative, new products to Life Sciences’ growth markets, develop and own the project schedule
Plan, manage, and steer project budgets
Identify risks and use root-cause analysis to define effective countermeasures
Take responsibility in solving problems and escalating them where necessary
Drive a positive team culture, encouraging continuous improvement & accountability
Leverage agile methods & digital tools to streamline project management
Analyze project management processes to identify optimization potential; develop and implement best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of project management experience bringing new products to market
Experience in chemical, medical, and/or filtration industries
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Firm knowledge of Microsoft suite, MS Project is a plus
Preferred
PMP preferred
