Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion Pricing design, requirements gathering, and configuration
Configure pricing rules, discounting, promotions, and order-to-cash flows
Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing plans
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing processes and system performance
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions
Operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution matters

Required

5+ years of experience in pricing platforms or e-commerce systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing and Order Management (OM)
Strong understanding of system configuration, data migration, and integrations
Proven experience designing workflows, implementing solutions, and leading testing cycles in Oracle Fusion
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

Preferred

Experience in large-scale ERP transformations
Exposure to subscription-based or complex pricing environments
Experience collaborating with Sales or Revenue Operations teams
