Responsibilities
Provide oversight of planning operations & standards
Be the Master Planner for complex IRAD projects
Support a cross-functional team across the enterprise to ensure successful program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system and baseline control
Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, including Program Finance, Program Management, and Functional Leaders
Qualification
Required
9-15 years of experience
8+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline
Earned Value Management Certification
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
Experience with OnePager or Milestones Pro
Demonstrated team building skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills will be critical for success
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
